I had mac and cheese.

What's considered unhealthy for lunch?

Done.  Incredibly not healthy but very satisfying.  I'll be working that lunch off all weekend.

Chipolte burrito for lunch (barbacoa, black beans, sour cream & cheese)... Oly on Sunday. I think it is a wash for me.

Sounds better than what I had.  Arby's Roast Beef (another thread around here got me to thinking) with Curly Fries and a Pepsi.  More carbs, sugar and fat than I've had in god knows when.  But I'm smiling.  For now......

Who puts cheese and mayo and ranch on a wrap, anyway? Gross.

And there was celery. ewww.

Scratch.

But it's literally just macaroni noodles, with shredded cheddar cheese over top.  Oh, and salt.

Chipotle barbacoa burrito with tomato and corn salsa.

Pondered:
Arby's super roast beef with cheddar, three potato cakes and a jamocha shake.

Then do I have a recipe for you, as long as you know how to cook.  Or like to cook.

Cheese sauce

Make a roux (sp?) with butter and flour, then add milk.  Just when the milk is starting to steam start to mix in about a pound of shreded cheese.  Ideally extra sharp cheddar, or a mix of sharp and something else.  NO GRUYERE!  Too stringy.  Anyway, once all of that has melted, finish off with a table spoon of stone ground mustard (and to really kick it up, dice up a jalepeno).  Once your noodles are done, incoporate your sauce into your noodles and serve.  Trust me.  Good stuff.

When I was big into weight lifting I used to eat tuna right out of the can. Probably a dozen cans a week.

Now I don't think I ever want antyhing with tuna in it again.

I love tuna, just not the canned kind. VERY fresh, raw or just barely seared, it's delicious. Canning it and slathering it with mayo is just criminal.
