I'm glad you're hanging in there. Remember you have friends that love you. Its funny that we have both been missing around here lately and then we both show up again on the same day. Its good to 'see' you again.

Hey Rhoda. Thanks for the note this morning. I've missed hanging out in the BT forum but it's been busy and I've been trying to catch up on work and life. Hopefully I'll be able to spend more time here soon.

Melissa. Sorry you're still having problems with your feet after all this time. I hope one of these new ideas works out.
QZ. Sorry you're having problems with your leg again. After all this time in PT and all the stuff you're learning, maybe they'll let you take the test and become a licensed PT .
I hope all you other folks are doing well.

Yep, tomorrow night! I had to cut a bit of weight too and weigh in is in 10 hours so right now I am starving, thirsty and grumpy! I am also the lightest right now I can ever remember being in my whole life! I don't think I'm the fittest ever but I just keep telling myself I only have to be fitter than one person. I plan to go hard in the first round, settle in the second and hard in the third again. Victory will be mine!

aaaand ...

so I tried to sleep a few times tonight, but no dice. i know i know, i should have just lain there in the dark and rested ... i did ... just not my style.

So, no sleep.

Should I risk driving an hour to take my cat to her vet appointment? or should I reschedule and get some sleep?

I vote reschedule and get some sleep - but only if you are tired - not much point if you will lay awake anyway.... Just be safe!
