Elite 2640 Ontario, Canada | Subject: RE: February Training and Nutrition Challenge Have a great week everyone! What does everyone want to do for March? I was thinking we could try a different focus or make a few alterations to keep it fresh. My personal focus right now nutritionally is to meal plan better and eat as much real food as possible. Training wise I am focusing on a half marathon in May so running is #1, but I need to start preparing for a July triathlon that I'm registered for. I'm also trying to cut some belly... Check out my thread in the weight loss forum if you're looking to improve your body composition too. It's still developing but I think in the next month or so it might be busier. (Beach body season is coming!) |

Melon Presser 52116 | Subject: RE: February Training and Nutrition Challenge owl_girl - 2011-03-01 12:01 AM Awefully quiet around here. What's going on with everyone? I'm trying to prevent my cat Suicide from self-fulfilling prophecy. Lisa Labradog is suspiciously quiet, but I think she has stolen something fluffy--maybe the other cat--and hidden under the bed with it. The other cat, Biscuits, is MIA. I had a lovely ocean swim yesterday with a couple tri piglets and had dinner with one tonight that I literally just bumped into ... he had a 70.3 shirt on ... I said wanna have dinner ... so we did. |

I slept for about 5 hours woke up for dinner and hung out with my roommates then went back to bed and slept until about 10:30 this morning. I feel so refreshed now. We could just do a challenge where you pick up to 4 goals and work on those for the month... anyone else have any ideas?? |

Veteran 243 Cuernavaca, Mexico | Subject: RE: February Training and Nutrition Challenge Thank you very much for the challenge. It really helped me to focus and motivated me to exercise, drink more water and go for veggies and fruit rather than other carbs. I lost quite a bit of weight and I'm very close to my goal of 60K. I’ll definitely participate in the March one. Thanks! |
