Champion 5345 Carlsbad, California | Subject: RE: The Peep Army orange223 - 2008-03-25 5:12 PM Close call today! After work, I was on our riding mower with our 6-year old in my lap. We went up a slight, steep hill and we began to spin. I pushed in the clutch to stop the gas and I didn't catch the brake with my right foot, we went backwards, only about 5 feet, hit the bottom of the little hill and the front reared up and we both went off the back of the mower. The motor stopped (when you fall off the seat), we were both on the ground and it rolls on top of us. His arm is between the steering wheel and the ground and the seat has me pinned. I'm yelling for him to get out, I'm thinking of the hot motor, and he cant. Somehow I push the mower up and he scampers out. I don't remember how that happend nor how I worked the thing off of me. Nor how I flipped it back onto its wheels. He has some scratches on his arm but otherwise okay. We started it, it ran, I looked at him, he at me, I got on, he climbed in my lap and off we went and finished the yard. He asked me not to go on the hill again and I said for him not to worry. I had on jeans and a sweatshirt, so I'm not scratched. I imagine I'll be sore for tomorrow morning's swim. Glad to hear that everyone is OK |

Champion 26509 Sydney | Subject: RE: The Peep Army 25 minutes on the worlds most horrible exercise bike.... not a fan of exercise bikes.. the seats are to wide, the angles are all wrong for good leg tracking and you just cant get into the forward position to push power... This challenge is the ONLY reason I was on it at all! Unfortunatley though in other parts of myworkout seem to have strained my calf again.... bleh! Now at 66.67% - not too much more to go now!!! (fingers crossed my calf isnt any worse tomrorow!) |

Extreme Veteran 608 Iceland | Subject: RE: The Peep Army Hi all, I am also almost done with the challenge and have 15K to go and a spinning lesson planned for Sunday morning. But depending on how studying goes today I might also hop on the trainer later before work. Hubby is gone for the weekend to get drunk with his friends so I can do whatever I like It seems we are all going to reach 100% so how could it be possible not to win Need to go and checkout the April Challenge. BONDGIRL; I am also thinking about signing up for the April Fools Weightloss challenge. But still need to think about it as I will be in germany and flying from there for 10 days next month and that will be tough foodwise. But maybe it keeps me accountable CAT; I also hate those staionary trainers. The hotel I am usually in in Cologne has the worst one of them all. Its not even possible to sit on the seat as you keep sliding forward... don´t know for whom those seats were built Have a great weekend everyone and let´s finish this
