I'm running an 18 mile race down the jersey shore on Sunday. Aiming to add up to 5 additional miles. Seems like every long run so far has been lousy. So, we'll see. And if NYC doesn't pan out well, I already have my sights set on another one the weekend after Thanksgiving. Hope everyone's running is going well.

Elite 2443 Athens, Georgia | Subject: RE: Ghosts and Ghouls Team Thread I am supposed to be working up towards a Marathon in January but have yet to break the 7 mile mark. Another three mile run last night. I strained one of my quads the day before so last night was just a slow 10 mile pace to get the blood flowing. The mileage puts me over 20 for the month with a 50 mile goal. My secret goal has been 75 mile month but did not want to let the team down so I signed up for 50. It is looking more attainable so I think I am going to push on for the 75. We shall see. Hope all my G&Gs are doing well. |
