yay for being peachy!

I swam this morning.  Figured I should practice in between my swim lessons.  I'm thinking I may swim again on Friday.  I also did a few minutes of deep water running afterwards.

I'm still peachy for every day this month.  Went for a lunch time run today - perfect running weather - about 55 degrees - short sleeves and shorts and barely sweating!  And the trees are still awesome colors here in the ATL.

Keep up the good work everyone!  This peach thing really works to keep you moving!

Congrats! I love those rare instances where my run pace drops below the 10min/mile mark. it doesn't happen often but it makes me so happy when it does

I'm still peachy. Barely made it yesterday but thanks to the challenge I forced myself to do my workout video before going to bed. Abbie was right about these peaches being addicting!

I imagine that you guys over there do Autumn way better than we do. Most of our tree are evergreens so we dont get the awesome buauty of turning leaves.

Yeah - the trees seem to be exceptionally beautiful this year.  Some years it seems like the leaves turn and fall right off.  But this year they have changed and lingered.  Last week was peak but we're still not bald.

What's the temp?  And how low do you go?  You must have plenty winter of riding gear.

You are hardcore! I haven't been on my bike outside in too long, I'm such a wuss when it comes to biking in the cold. To make matters worse, I'm in Texas, it's not even really cold here...

Well, in contrast it's 26*C(79*F) here and it's only 9:30am. but I've finished my run and now I'm one sweaty mess. This is unusually hot for this time of year and I'm not used to it. It's still spring for goodness sake. So I'm a roasted peach for today!
