The holidays are upon us, keep moving!!  For the month of November, it all about Peach boxes on your calendar.  If you have not noticed, when you post a workout, the box for the day turns peach.

The goal is 100% Peach for 30 days.  Keep in mind every day does not need to Tri-specific training; walking the dog, going for a hike, weight training, etc....count as Peach boxes.  The only rules, MOVE everyday and post what you did on the thread.  Let me know if you are interested.

Abbie

I'm in for this one.    I predict it may get a little tough on me as the mornings (that's when I work out the most) get colder to get my workouts in.  100% peach in November or bust!

I am in for November. It has really worked for me in Oct. I am traveling two weeks out of November back to Alaska so I need all the help to keep the weight off during that time.

Keep in mind stretching & yoga count toward a peach as well.  Since there is no time minimum it makes it a bit easier

Ill jump on also, but im already giving myself a yellow day. NYC Marathon is Nov 2 so I plan on resting the 3rd. After that I should be able to get some light training in.

Good luck on the NYC mary, I loved the race!  Keep in mind stretching and walking will earn you a peach square, both of which are very good post-mary activities.

I'm in. I am discovering that I despise rest days. 7 days a week of exercise sounds awesome!

I am also kind of OCD, and the idea of a whole month with all the boxes the same color sounds really enticing to me

OK I'll give it a go! I exercise most days anyway

And the days that I don't, I'll walk the dog. Lucky dog!

I will give it a go also! I have been more lax with my stretching lately anyhow. Time to get back on top of that.

Count me in for a "Peachy November". Except of course Nov. 8, when I have a bike race planned. It seems race days turn green.
