It was a busier day at work today. Fair amount of morning consults, then four procedures in the middle of the day, and now I'm waiting for afternoon consults to start. My 4pm is running 5 mins late. Why are my clients always running late???

I desexed a dog today and the bloke wanted me to keep his dog's testicles to show him. Except he made his girlfriend tell me that LOL! I thought it was a weird request but I put them aside, I didn't go as far as putting them in a jar lest he was tempted to ask me for them!!! Anyway my nurse discharged the dog and forgot to show him the testes. And he didn't ask. To embarassed I gather

Just got done with a 3.3 mile run...on the dreadmill because a 4F with the windchill run is just too cold for me.

That is a little weird.  I can sort of understand, though.  I did ask my surgeon if I could see my appendix once he took it out.  I don't remember seeing it, but apparently I did because I told my mom and my husband about it when I was in recovery.

What can I say?  I'm a big science nerd.

So, with luck, I'll go run tonight.  We'll see if I still have energy come evening, but at least the thought of it is reasonable!  I'll be working on goals in a matter of hours, whew.

Nice new Jav!  I have a Garda, though haven't ridden since late Sept   I went run-focussed since then, to the point of just not doing the other sports.  Gotta get back to it soon, the closing of the outdoor pool just closed my ambition since I have to $hell out for any other pool (well, I have access to a 10 yd pool).
