OK Vixens, just so we are clear & no surprises on our intentions...We plan to take out the Frosties tonite...Then we are looking for YOU!!!!HaHaHa *says in a *Dr Evil (Austin Powers) Voice, with that pinky finger thing*Go Elves Go...

I'll be honest. I was sitting here at my computer, looking for an excuse to go take a nap... procrastinating because my stomach feels queasy. Honestly don't know if it's my daughter's stomach bug coming to get me now or if it's just all the stress of everything I need to get done (with a puky kid) before company arrives for a week on Wednesday.

But this post just motivated my A$$ out of the chair and onto the treadmill! Then to the trainer!

GO VIXENS!!!!!

Well another Sunday is in the books and time for another weekly challenge update.... Drum roll please....

The Evil Elves are on the move and have worked their way into second; however, the leaders are still the Vixens Revisited!  Complete results are below....

64.8% Vixens Revisted

61.3% Evil Elves

57.1% Frostbite Force

53.5% Christmas Cookies

There is still about a third of the month to go, so it is anyone's game still...  Get out there and get training!

Hey team.  Got dug out from yesterday's big storm.  We got about 20 inches of snow.  There were reports of 26" around us but I measured 20" so that is what I'm going with.  It took Bry and I 2.5 hours of shoveling together to get our driveway cleared.

I didn't get my run in.   We live on a very isolated road that doesn't get plowed often and it would have been to impossible to run in 20" of snow.  No worries, I have a long run to do today and I'll do my darndest to catch up!

Off to clean my house.  It is a disaster from the weekend.  I had too much fun and neglected my housework.  Time to pay the price now.  Have a great day everyone!!!

Waiting on the internet Guy. (Posting from my Droid) worse than waiting on cable guy. Watching kids so not sure when I can workout. Snow on the roads (not 20 inches though) maybe I'll bike today. What do y'all think?

Hey Vixens, I'm off to finish off my christmas shopping, I'm taking a senior with me, so hoping that will deflect some of the other seniors out there:p  I'll be putting in another bike ride in later today to destress after shopping.  The butt is feeling better today, but will give it one more before I go for another run.

Hmmm... I'm home now trying to entertain two puking kids... I would much rather be training right now than cleaning the carseat! Plan on a long trainer ride tonight once my husband gets home. Maybe even a short run to make up a mile or two. Maybe I can have the kids count my pushups and situps for entertainment... How's that for multi-tasking!!

Man, lots of puking, butt aches, housework and snow to deal with AND WE'RE STILL NUMERO UNO!  I love this team!

I got my bike in yesterday while watching Kona, and then got myself on the dreadmill today for my run!  I'll keep going to keep us in the top position.

Way to go Team!

Hey guys.  Got my 10k in.  I strapped on my YakTrax and headed off with my husband.  It was super messy out there still but we got it done.  Got buzzed by a tractor trailer and had to cross the street about four times to accommodate snow plows.  Kind of crazy!

I am off to take Cole to the doctor this afternoon.  Follow up appt for his strep/sinus infection.  He is still a snotty mess and coughing up a storm.  So I am anxious to hear what the doctor will do.  I am sure the infection is gone but maybe allergies and asthma med time?  I don't know but I am tired of him being sick all the time.

Off to shower.  Catch you later team!!

Oh and I have a bead on a Zhu Zhu Pet.  I'll be at stupid WalMart tomorrow am at 6:00.  The things we do for our kids....

Erica, I hope things go well at the doctor for Cole....  I know its frustrating when your kid is sick and can't seem to shake it...  That being said - Zhu Zhu Pet?  Really?  I thought they made those out of pure lead and arsenic or something like that - there was a story on the tv....

OK. Tired of waiting for internet Guy. Went for a 5 mile run, leaving the 14 y/0 in charge. It was a good run, nearly hitting my goal. 9:38 first mile, 9:06 secondmile, 8:45 third mile, 9:14 fourth mile (received a phone call) & 8:39 fifth mile. Calling burn reported as 791. That's cool. Wonder if I can update the sheet from my DROID?
