40-50% Carbs, 25-35% protein, 20-30% fat. Under 2500 mg of sodium and over 25 grams of fiber.

My carbs are largely from veggies and whole grains so I don't worry too much about them. Protein is difficult because being a veggie, many forms of protein have more fat in them (cheese for example). That is unless I do fish or eggs (I use mostly eggwhites).

Sodium - 2080 mg

That's about an 8 hour drive. I can't do it this year. That is right when I pick my mom up in Fla for the summer. I would be cool to do though. I am sure they could use someone to bring up the rear! Nice bootay from back there too!

so today I am heading to Ventura California for a seminar.....

I may drive the few hours to go to San Diego and spend the weekend with our daughter...hope everyone has a great HUMP DAY! and it carries thru to the weekend!

I will do my best to have:

SMALL PORTIONS!

NO FRIED FOODS!

NO BREAD - Well...maybe a sandwich...but no bread with dinner and no TOAST with breakfast!

NO SODAS and cut back on margaritas....have wine instead!

LETS LOSE SOME WEIGHT GHOULIES!!!!!!!!!!!

Got my 6 in. Sometimes (most of the time) I really truly wonder if I can do a 1/2. I am hoping this gets easier as I lose some weight, Oh and keep up with the training.
