My carbs are largely from veggies and whole grains so I don't worry too much about them. Protein is difficult because being a veggie, many forms of protein have more fat in them (cheese for example). That is unless I do fish or eggs (I use mostly eggwhites). Thanks Robin right now my average for the week looks like Fat - 27% Carbs - 48% Protein - 25% Sodium - 2080 mg Fiber 23.5 g I think I need to make some adjustments |
