It was for a one time thing on the Mindy Project. She looking into the camera and the casting agent flipped out and yelled at her for doing it. She was upset with herself because that's acting 101 to NOT look at the camera. She had a bigger audition for a long term roll for General Hospital. Still waiting to hear on that. They let her try again and she said she did better. But by then she was a bit flustered. We have to still hear, but generally, unless they just love her look or something, a mistake like that just turns them off any they don't pay much more attention. Oh well, the ups and downs of that industry. As I keep telling you. I was the DIRECTOR, not producer. I don't make the casting decisions. Glad I didn't fall for it then!!! |

It's been a while since I've done that row and now I remember just how ugly Derek Jeter's monstrosity really is. Even a little bit of lube would've severely shortened the movie Cliffhanger with Sylvester Stallone. Actually, too much lube on a weapon in a desert environment is a recipe for a jammed weapon. Too little in the jungle is a recipe for rust. There are plenty of circumstances for less lube... Just saying... |

Served with a fine Italian red. Ghiradelli dark chocolate bar with hazelnuts, for dessert. G3 approved. G3 did the Chattahoochee Challenge 10K this morning. It was cold, like 25 deg. As for J and me, we went, we cheered, we froze our butts off. I ran about 4.5 this afternoon. I count it as a Saturday well spent. |
