The first photo is circa 1999. But I was basically that same weight up until summer of 2005. The second photo is a couple weeks ago at Spirit of Racine. Easier to run when you are 50 lbs. lighter. Wait if I dropped 50 lbs SOR would be easier? man I need to use that as my new quote. Sometimes we forget that. |

Let's see, how can I put this without sounding like a creepy old lecher? Those are 152 nice-looking pounds. |

None of us is above a little conceit, and I don't think that's a bad thing. By the way, I haven't posted a Before&After because I don't look much different. I'm about 10 pounds off my all time high, but 190 to 180, no can tell. Besides, unlike you, I'm ugly. |

The tire is my after photo. Looking at these now, I see that there isn't a HUGE difference. But the change in self esteem is massive. That change in self-esteem is what really counts, right? But, I see the difference anyway. I'm working on a "small" difference right now, too. I gained some weight when I got injured, and have gone through this whole season not really doing anything about it. So, now I'm secretly actually working on it. (I guess it's not so secret now, eh?) |
