Subject: RE: March Challenge (Pick your goals!)Love to see everyone's starting the month off with a positive attitude! --Unfortunately I got a little lazy in the last month with exercising -- had a cold for about 2 weeks which set me back . But now that I'm signed up for two 5k's at the end of the month I'm definitely going to have the motivation to keep up with my diet and exercise. I also decided to join a friend and I signed up for the "beachbody challenge"*. Get ready for some before & after photos! - Eating wise -- absolutely NO pizza, bagels, soda, alcohol for the rest of the month. Also decided to start counting calories and keep a food journal.
