95% weekdays (see logs) as three young children gives me no time at the weekends.

Usually only a long ride early Sat morning before the family wakes up. It's probably about 1/3 of my bike training & a much smaller portion of the overall training. Sundays are off days.

My long bike ride on Saturday skews the percentage (which will keep getting distorted through the build and peak phase of my training), but my goal is to always take one of the weekend days entirely off.  It is good for me to have a rest day from work AND training and with 2 small boys, I want a day for family, plus sleeping in is a bonus!

So, this week was a 12:15 hour week, 3:45 of which was Saturday with Sunday off.  That is 30% of my training this week on the weekend.

Most week days are 1.5 hours - 2.5 hours of training, combo of morning and lunch workouts.

Typically 30-40% comes on weekends.

I took a new job and I'm now pulling 70hr weeks. My weekend is Sunday now. That leaves about 10-15% probably.

I try to workout in the a.m. and again after work, but some days, I'm just too tired or don't feel like it. When this job is up, I can get back to being consistent and enjoying myself on the weekends!
