I feel I am. I love my large self and am training, cause I know how to, because of what other people, person,so, thinks of me.

I do love to train!!!



Okay! I confess! I'm motivated by the toys too.

Fear of weight gain, The fact that I love the feeling of being fit, because it is healthy, because the training is a mental health break for me.  I don't train or race for any one but me...which probably sounds self-fish to all the mommies and daddies, but no kids no husband and no BF to do it for...just for me which is usually a better reason to stick with it

umm omy god I umm would like to thank my mum and my dad and umm sob sob (typical awards ceremony acceptance speech!   hehe Chris you are so sweet!

What keeps me going  Showers and food.  well thats what gets me to the end of a run or race anyway!  

No for my serious answer, my health keeps me going,  I feel on top of the world when I'm training completely different person to when I'm not training.  I don't want to be that non training person again.   Plus Chris' fantastic inspires every day!

Why I am training for tris

1. I love the look that people give me when I tell them. You would think that I just told them I was Jesus or something. It's such a look of awe. I love it.

2. I am 23, and I never want to be overweight, ever. Not during (future) pregnancy, not after, not in my early 30's, not in my late 40's. Ever.

3. Exercise is a VERY powerful anti-depressant. When I am not regularly doing some type of exercise, my mind goes to very bad places.

4. Because I love myself and I want myself to be happy, and right now this is making me very happy.

5. Why I starting training for Tri - To be able to say that I set a goal and actually accomplished it. A really cool goal too.

6. Tri shopping is fun. Always something new to buy.

7. What motivates me more than anything? Knowing that I have to come here and report back to all of you what I did today. That more than anything pushes me to do my best.
