Subject: RE: What keeps you going?Why I am training for tris 1. I love the look that people give me when I tell them. You would think that I just told them I was Jesus or something. It's such a look of awe. I love it. 2. I am 23, and I never want to be overweight, ever. Not during (future) pregnancy, not after, not in my early 30's, not in my late 40's. Ever. 3. Exercise is a VERY powerful anti-depressant. When I am not regularly doing some type of exercise, my mind goes to very bad places. 4. Because I love myself and I want myself to be happy, and right now this is making me very happy. 5. Why I starting training for Tri - To be able to say that I set a goal and actually accomplished it. A really cool goal too. 6. Tri shopping is fun. Always something new to buy. 7. What motivates me more than anything? Knowing that I have to come here and report back to all of you what I did today.
