Gotta go with Tone Loc - remember cruzing in HS balsting some Funky Cold Medina.

Although, I would have voted for Vanilla Ice. Dude got a bad rap, and I have to admit that everytime I am somewhere and they start playing "Under Pressure" by Queen, a little piece of me dies when it is not Ice Ice Baby.
