I'm in.  I have not been active on these forums for a bit and have been less active overall.  I am battling some knee injuries that I just cant seem to shake.  I think it's time to see the doctor for it.  I have been able to do other activities such as spinning and elliptical.  There are other things that I can do to stay active.

To top it off I have been going through some relationship issues.  Work issues and the like.  Been a frustrating few months.

But things have settled down and am ready to get back on track.  I want to get back down below my lowest weight of about 175.  My weight today was not good, though I expect some of it to come off quickly from the Holidays.  I still um have some business to take care of from a few days of vastly overeating ... Sorry for TMI

I am using the FitBit Aria scale.

That is FANTASTIC!!!!!

I know that it has been mentioned on this website before but there is a cool website for tracking weight, especially if you have a WiFi scale.  You can always enter stuff manually to.  You do need to weigh more often then weekly for it to be most effective though.

www.trendweight.com

I'm a data junkie so it's cool to see.  I know lots of you are to!

Not bad.  I was up visiting my partners family for their Christmas.  I did pretty good with the munchies.  I knew I was going to be snacking all day so I went light at the meals.  Self control - Yeah baby!

The next hurdle will be Costa Rica.  I am going there in two weeks.  While there will be lots of walking and hiking around I'm sure I'll eat and drink more then normal.  I hope they balance out.
It's going to be an active vacation (and that's what I had planned) so I'm looking forward to it.

Right direction.  Think I reached equilibrium after the holidays.
Here's to next week while on vacation in Costa Rica!

So it's been 2 months since I started this challenge and in that 2 months I have lost a whopping total of 10kgs! (That's 22,04lbs lost)
Which is a little more than the 10% of my starting weight.
I'm -trying to- attaching my weight loss graph with this message.
Things at the wife front are not currently looking well, so I think I'll be losing some more...

Losing fat is not difficult. So why does this continue to be an elusive goal for so many people, who “struggle” just to lose a few inches?

For as long as I can remember, I’ve had weight issues. I remember standing on the scale as a child weighing 60 pounds and feeling fat. My family dealt with stress by eating.
