Anyone up for a winter weight loss challenge? Weigh ins would be on Sunday. Share % of weight lost, % of BF lost, and/or inches lost (or gained).

I'm in for this!  Perfect timing as I just went through my kitchen and cleaned out all the junk food this week

I'm in.  I'll probably get started on Tuesday, although I don't mind weighing in on Sunday.  My wife and I are doing the Urban Assault on Sunday which ends with New Belgium beer and I'm doing a Pints for Polio on Monday night - which should be a great way to start an alcohol hiatus.

Haha! Count me in!
Just re-started training this month after being a sedentary unmovable object for the last 1,5 years.
And tonight we have a house dinner party with friends, so I'll be very loaded for tomorrow.

So we start on Sunday, when do we finish?

I'm In.

Nov 1 - 225.4 and 27% BF - losing anything between now and the 1st of the year is a bonus. Want to get back to 202 and then evaluate.

I recorded my weight and body fat. I'll post changes in that. I am not ready to have to look at those numbers daily.

Here we go.

Ugh.  Gained 1.2 this week with a set-back due to a sprained wrist.  Starting fresh today even with the bad wrist.  Downloaded a Winter cycling plan which should keep me busy until I can get back in the pool.

Ugh. Up 1.5 pounds from the long weekend away. However, BF is the same. water weight went up 2 pounds! The math is off, but then I would expect it isn't totally accurate when you are using a scale that measures all that through your feet

Was up .4 the first week, missed weighing this morning. I am not looking forward to my next time on the scale - been a lethargic week.

This morning I was back down to where I started on Nov. 1.  Exercise is increasing and food intake is decreasing.

For the sake of easier calculation and mathematical correctness, I'm updating my starting weight to 96kgs!
I did lose 3 kgs after my initial weigh-in, but I also did get them back in just one weekend.

I started to swim 2kms now instead of 1,5km per session, but still I am eating like a hungry lion.
I guess I'll be the fittest fat guy in the block

To enhance my weight loss program, I got on a bet with colleagues from work that I would lose 16kgs in the next 51 days.
But it's hard to go on a diet with an empty belly :D

Even for today's weigh in, but down a bit it body fat! I'll take it since I wasn't that great last week.

Good luck with bet!

Well I am a couple of weeks behind in logging

Went up to 229.4 Nov 21
228 Nov 25
227 this morning Dec 5.

Now if I can keep trickling down each week for the next 6 months I might be in good shape.

Going very slow -according to my standards- in terms of losing weight, however my mood is good so more will be lost shortly

Lost a total of 6,5kgs so far...
The last 3 was lost in the last few days, since my wife declared that she wanted to divorce me!

I foresee a lot more weight loss for myself in the near future, I hope I won't lose anything else

Good news!
I lost a total of 8 kilograms so far, yet I seem to be gaining my wife's heart back
I've lost a lot of muscle but that can be rebuilt, especially now that I am lighter it might be easier.

The challenge has just become more than being fitter for me, it's about being a better person, husband and father.
Thank you for your support!

For as long as I can remember, I’ve had weight issues. I remember standing on the scale as a child weighing 60 pounds and feeling fat. My family dealt with stress by eating.
