Back to swimming!
1,5km in 37 minutes. Good improvement from burning lungs to under 40 in 2 days

45 minutes walking at 6km/hr + 15 minutes cycling at 24.10km/hr completes week 2.
And 2kgs have been lost in 2 weeks.
I am eating like a behamoth!

So I started the 3rd week with a 1,5km swim in 35 minutes!

After yesterday's food marathon, the third week ended with a 30 minute walk.

I didn't swim but had a 30 minute walk completing the challenge for me.
I didn't lose weight instead I've gained another kilogram!
I have been eating like a rhino this whole month after quitting smoking, so that's normal.
Tomorrow, I start my diet

When it was over I felt a little sad. I had trained for twelve months and the race was over in 72 minutes. My goal was to not come in last which I wasn't. I was content with my accomplishment!
