Subject: RE: What are your goals for October and the Off-Season?Well on October 3rd I am running an LT test I am now running a good 50 minutes, but my HR is not as low as I want, based on Age-220 Max HR. So after my LT test tommorrow, I will reset my HRM. If my zones change alot then I may lower or aise my starting base of 50 minutes. Then run every other day at the low zone rate to build my base. I would like a good solid 90 minute run time at a steady low HR by the end of October. The bike will be at least once per week on the trainer, roads and weather are really sucky now. I wanted to just run, but I miss my bike already. Swim is going to be at least 7 hours pool time. I am starting the month at 217, still shooting for 200 by Christmas Joe |
