Takes <10 minutes. chop 1/4 onion pretty small, sautee in olive oil add some minced garlic - a lot, of course add a can of white cannellini beans and some black pepper, keep sauteeing until hot add chopped mustard greens and cook just until they wilt, pull off the heat drizzle on some extra virgin olive oil and eat. SUPER healthy. Strong flavors, but I like it. Take 10 minutes. Planet-friendly. |
