I do bring two to three pairs of old shoes and socks (depending on how many muddy legs I'm running) and leave them behind in the closest dumpster. Trixie, I hope someone relies to your post!! |

And I lost my custom orthotics when a teammate threw out what he thought was garbage but was really my muddy stinky stuff. Any advice on where to take my prescription and foot casts would be appreciated!! |

Member 52 GB | Subject: RE: Dances With Dirt LOVED IT!!! I ran with team Pretty 'N Gritty, and we had a ball. The Captain took mercy on me as the newbie and gave me rather tame legs this year (#3, #11 and the final leg). No mud for me, but plenty of rocks, sticks, logs, poison ivy and sweat! Saw plenty of great costumes and it was so much fun. I can't wait to do it again next year!! |
