Search the training logs forum for info on how to blog your workouts; I think you're already doing that. I only have another week of swimming left before I go home for the holidays, but I've been putting in some time the last week and a half. So would totals count retroactivly? if so put me down for 8k I'm in SD so Midwest team may be my best option |
