Master 1924 Denver | Subject: RE: ABS CORE for MAY JUNE Team lists I have no idea what this challenge entails, but I am interested in ABS/Core work. Does that qualify me for a team? Would I have to do killer core workouts every day? I am also trying to do three other silly sports so I can go 70.3 miles from my home later this summer |

Does that qualify me for a team? Would I have to do killer core workouts every day? I am also trying to do three other silly sports so I can go 70.3 miles from my home later this summer Hazmaster sent me an email to help him since he has no PC at work and actually has to do something besides BT and think of things to say!!! I'm working on the team spreadsheets today since I have a bit of free time (not really). Post a note saying how may times per week you'll do a core wo for the next 9 weeks. You have to log the workout as a Strength or Sports workout though, and if you cheat we're sending over Mr. Soprano! You can make up your own workouts or do something like a BT set here. Yoga & Pilates counts. I tried doing a Nasti-somethingorother Yoga workout that is on TV in the mornings (hot babes), it hurt! BTW, this one's for Haz: (Marvin-get plugged in.jpg) Attachments ---------------- Marvin-get plugged in.jpg (59KB - 29 downloads) |

Pro 6582 Melbourne FL | Subject: Team Spreadsheets: ABS CORE for MAY JUNE Team lists Ok everyone, attached are the team speadsheets, Black, Red, Green and Blue. There's a little twist added that as we get going we'll tell you about! Below is what you'll see as we go for the weekly updates on this thread (if this is the main thread?) Captains, please start a team thread. I noticed that some logs are private so you cannot check the weekly totals that way, you may have to request them to post the weekly results on your team thread instead. I will make a new thread for "ABS CORE May-June Captains only" for the captains to post their team spreadsheets to every Monday so we can compile the results. The weeks are setup Sunday through Saturday to balance out the first and last weeks. If a new team member needs to be added I can modify the original, or you can do it and just make a note that new team members have been added in your post. We have room for more so if you reading this for the first time welcome aboard, post your monthly total goals so we can add you to a team list. Happy crunching and I don't mean on chips & cookies

There's a little twist added that as we get going we'll tell you about! Below is what you'll see as we go for the weekly updates on this thread (if this is the main thread?) There's some core work on that spreadsheet!! Wow. I thought I was Spreadsheet Queen. I do have a question though. If someone says they'll do a total number of workouts that divide out to 3.33 workouts per week for example, then if they do 3 workouts one week and 4 the next, technically they've met their goal, but the spreadsheet will only say they achieved their goal only for the second week. Is this correct? Do I adjust for this on the second week and put 3.5 for each week or am I making this REALLY complicated? LOL! |

Veteran 183 Manor, Texas | Subject: RE: ABS CORE for MAY JUNE Team lists Gosh!! I'm such a dummy sometimes. But now that I know that the team that I'm on is the BLUE team, are we going to get a team name? I think that "The Blue Balls" might be good. or "The Blue Thunder" or " The Blue Bashers" anyone have ideas? |

No I was in a quandry about this too so I just based it off of the 2 month total to get them done. I didn't do anything for grading based on the weekly goals met as a result, just there to provide TMI! If you want to change it go ahead, it's now your spreadsheet! Let me know if you do though... |
