My personal vote would be for: My Favorite Year it is a real romp and an equally loving tribute to Sid Caesar - Peter O'Toole is brilliant in this movie. I would also cast votes for Shirley Valentine, Caddy Shack, Airplane! and last but certainly not least A Christmas Story. I didn't mention my own favourite romantic comedies in the above list because I know I am biased towards romantic comedies so for what it is worth I would also recommend When Harry Met Sally, Sleepless In Seatle, While You Were Sleeping, Crossing Delancey, Moonstruck and Big  just a few romantic comedies. |
