I don't know, but I can't see his Coccyx, and it looks like the guy is trying to make him masticate something. 

Mastication is an extremely powerful process.  They beter watch out- they might get their hands bitten off.  As for his coccyx- maybe he doesn't have one.  It is a vestigial structure ya know?  Just like the appendix.

Appendixes (appendices?) aren't useless. They give surgery interns something to practice on.
