Scooter - Logical Song - Saw it on a flash movie along time ago, and even though worse song in existance it always got me pumped for some reason!

Lap Dance (N.E.R.D.)

Dukey Love (Pitbull)  (Particularly good on the elliptical)

Closer (Nine Inch Nails)

I also have a couple tunes that I just love ... Back on the Block - Quincy Jones and Regulators - Warren G.  I don't know why those songs never get old for me...

I had my IPod charging in the docking station in the radio in my office. I left my office for a while with the door open, and while I was gone there was a power outage. When the power came back on it jolted the radio and it started playing the songs on my IPod alphabetically. When I walked back to my office I could hear AC/DC Thunderstruck blasting out of my office.

I'd say 80% of my running songs are just humiliating, I'd die if anyone heard them and knew I actually paid $.99 for the pleasure of listening to them. But to choose the absolute worst of the worst - it's hard to even admit - I'd say it's TATU, All the Things She Said. What can I say, it's catchy and it makes me run faster.

So embarrasing that I hope I have time to hide my ipod if I ever need medical assistance while out running! Play a blend from 60's hippie to 80's rock to broadway musicals ... just a few I was listening to on todays run that aren't already mentioned by others are:

  • Bay City Rollers - Keep on Dancing
  • Anne Murray - Snowbird
  • Les Miserables soundtrack - A Little Drop of Rain

I actually think "The Clap" is really funny mainly because of the tone - if it were sung by a rapper who sounded more serious I would probably feel a bit more offended...but if my parents ever heard that song I think I would cringe out of awkwardness, even though we have a very open relationship. haha.

The 'songs' from the General Sounds was put on there because I taught a lesson about the 5 senses (ESL) and we played a game where they had to describe things they saw, heard, etc. That's my story and I'm sticking to it...
