Subject: RE: Peach 90X - January 2010I'm in week 12 and just wanted to come in and wish everybody luck in P90X. I won't be doing another round (OLY training ) but I will be using the DVDs twice a week to maintain strength. Just to offer some encouragement, I couldn't do 5 chin ups and I managed about 20 pushups in the beginning. Now I can do 25 chin ups unassissted and 78 pushups. If P90X is something you enjoy after a while, I would recommend a pull up station (sometimes called a 'power tower' ) and a set of adjustable dumbbells. I gave away a multigym and I'll never set foot in a gym again. |
