Not only did I have chipotle for lunch, but when my co-worker went to pick it up, they didn't have the order ready... so, they gave us coupons for free burritos!

Speaking of freebies...

Everytime I order my grub from Chipotle, I would cold stare at the server to will him/her into giving me an extra morsel of meat. So far it hasn't worked yet. I have to recalibrate my distortion field.

The key is to fax or call in an order and schedule the pickup for when they're really busy during the lunch rush....they are in such a hurry to get orders filled they throw tons of extra meat in the burrito!!!!

Tons of them in Chicago, I can't name all the locations. I know there's one on michigan and jackson by DePaul. There's one on diversey and clark. Another one on broadway and belmont. When in Chicago, you should visit Zoom Kitchen as well. There's one behind Bloomingdale and one in downtown (near the aforementioned Chipotle). They make great Chicken Ceasar salad and soup.

So tonite we are having this big send of party for one of our regional property managers. Its at a restaurant that is in the same location as Chipotle. My boss says to me today "How about we go to Chipotle first, and then over to Coastal Flats for the party? Food's cheaper, and then we can spend more money on drinks!"

Glorious idea. I won't have more than a drink or two, since I have a race next weekend, but just the fact that he wanted to go to Chipotle is wonderful!

So at the top of this page I mentioned about the dinner party and it being near Chipotle... instead of going there before the dinner, we decided to go afterwards. We roll into Chipotle about 9:50 (it closes at 10) and were a little worried we might get stuck with everything that was left. Big surprise! They threw 4 big pieces of steak on the grill, cut up fresh peppers and onions, and opened up a new thing of rice. Made the two biggest burritos I have ever seen in my life, and then gave us free chips and salsa. Now, I have never backed down before, but I honestly could not finish my burrito, it was that big. I think all my Chipotle luck is some sort of sign from a higher power... i just need to figure out what it all means.

I had my first last Sunday. We don't have them on Lond Island. Although NYC just recently aquired them. There the new fad there now I hear. I was in Chicago when I had it. its good and very filling. Definitly workh the $8

Funny nobody has mentioned what awesome margaritas this place serves! Unfortunately, the Chipotles in MN don't serve margaritas. But I have tried them in other locations. Whether it's blended or not, it is HEAVENLY!
