Spiders....I just, you know, don't like them. I am a 195 pound dude, but I run like a schoolgirl when I see a spider.

My Dad stupidly took me to Jaws II when I was eight. The movie was packed and I had to sit by myself. Now I'm afraid of stuff under me in water. There was a suckerfish in the water at the end of our lake house dock and he gave me the willies. Obviously I need to get over that given my current athletic endeavor.

I'm not afraid of sharks but I was thinking about them this morning when I was doing a OWS for a mile "what would I do if a shark bit me right now. Would I punch him in the eye or gills or grab him and throw him out of the water, swing him around by his tail..." stupid stuff I think about when my mind goes a wandering. Then right when I was thinking about them I felt a current go by me and something brushed my foot. I think I jumped about 2 feet out of the water and ran like one of those water walking lizards.

The workout that I'm about to embark upon. My legs are sore.

Switch out Jaws 2 for Jaws, and I'm right there with you. Sharks still freak me the hell out. I'm not sure what terrifies me more than sharks, probably nothing.

Oh and one night at my parents' old house I was crashing on the couch(I was visiting for the weekend) and I creeped myself out thinking about the movie 'Signs'. Stupid big house with lots of windows out in BFE; I blame you, house.

Ok......you're weird. The wheel thing I get. The body thing.....that's just creepy. Of course, probably no less strange than my fear of falling between the stairs on those windy metal staircases. You know what I mean? Like the indsutrial ones, where there's a gap between the stairs, where the riser would normally be? Yeah, I'm always scared I'm gonna slip and fall between the stairs.....
