whoohooo! Did a strength workout last night and dragged myself to killer power flow yoga today for a 90 minute class. Honestly without this challenge I would have blown it off, and I'm SO GLAD that I went!

I edited my challenge.  For some reason the goals I posted were for each week.  Now its edited so that the #'s correspond for the month.  Lots to do!!  Thanks again for the motivation!

trying hard to keep up on my goals but the swimming one might be hard. I think I might have re-injured my shoulder shoving snow last Thursday. Then when I woke up this morning my nose is all stuffy.

might have to just push through the pain and the head cold as I am very driven not to fall behind for the month.

Okay, I deserved to be tasered, but I am working on it! Caught up my spreadsheet line through today. Still not quite 20%, but this challenge has gotten me more motivated to workout than I've been in the last two months, so I'll take it! Hopefully I'll make it into the blue (and away from the taser!) by the end of this week...

I know! All this tasering is making me positively mellow! I had to find a nice zen-like avatar to match.

What? The taserings aren't making *you* mellow? Ah well.
