OKay , y'all got me thinkin' about the whole song thing, so just remember you asked for it....

These shoes are made for running
And that's just what they'll do
One of these days these shoes are gonna run right over you...

dum,dum,dum,dum,duummmm....

Now I've got that dang song stuck in my head, THANKS

I love the theme song, Heather... but, yeah, now it is going to be in my head all day, as well.

I was able to go for a brief run outside last night (still building up my outdoor running mileage so it looks really wussy).  It is nice to see above-zero temperatures around here.

duoran duoran is a good name  And, "pitter patter of little feet" could be "pfft"

I've been added to the team

Plan was to run 8 today but it was raining ice when I was supposed to go and I'm not a treadmill girl for longer than maybe 40 minutes.

Tomorrow I'll do my 8.

In honor Patriots and the Super Bowl I designed a new route...

I'll run by Tedy Bruschi, Junior Seau, Ty Waren, & Adalius Thomas Patriot players houses and will run to the very back of their subdivision to get by Logan Mankins house. They all live in the nicest subdivision in town which is about 1.5 miles from my house. We live close to Gillette Stadium so football players are common in my area.

Goal for the month is 55 miles pending getting my training plan from my coach for rest of the month late next week.

Run and enjoy every mile team

Welcome Kathy!  Where's UTTriman?  He's been added.  I'll invite him over later this afternoon...

Ok, here's a little copy / paste action for you to go into your logs goals...

Well gee. Someone wasn't busy at work today, I see. LOL

I wish.. I have actually been at home for three days now with this crude... 101 - 103 temps, cough, and a constant headache... Man... if I ever get over this mess the ocassional pain from running will be nothing!!!

Hey everyone!!  I got my first 7 miles in yesterday.  Nothing on the docket for me today and I think tomorrow's a biking day, but I'll keep chipping away at my miles on Monday, probably.

Hope those of you who are sick feel better soon!!

P.S. I also love Pitter Patter of Little Feet (or Fast Feet - though I'm far from being fast, haha

Until we have a name, though.....GO Run Team 4!!

Did a nice and easy 4 miles at Recovery pace to set me up for tomorrow's race. Also did a 35 mile ride this morning before hitting the expo and had a great time.

Now at:

12/250 - 4.8%

Planned 14 for tomorrow should put me at 26 for this partial week and 10% complete.

Somone told me I was part of this team.  Like the team name about running sicko's -- started feb with a bad cold and have missed first 2 workout days of the month.   UGH!

Hadn't set my mileage goal yet, but I'm thinking about 40 for the month.  I'll look at my training plan and post a hard one by tomorrow.

I've added a "Track your progress" box to all of the spreadsheets! You do NOT need to do anything. It will update automatically. (In other words, do not update it!)

It takes "today's date" from the computer, and calculates the percentage of the month that has passed so far. This will help you see if you're on track towards hitting your goal.

For example, today is Feb 3rd. So the month is 10% completed. All of this shows up in the "peach colored box" on your team spreadsheet.

Just got back from a very interesting Half Marathon. (Weather got pretty ugly)

I am tickled with my results given the conditions

Now at: 26/250 - 10.4%

Oh, and I updated my distance completed in the spreadsheet.
