Artificial sugars might be bad for you.

Drinking diet sodas just feeds your craving for sugar/sweets.

I think many obese people are sugar adicts.

Most overweight people drink tons of diet drinks.  Yes it is anecdotal, but it really turns me off.  Whenever I see diet drinks, I think of a fat person with a diet coke in their hand.  Hence, I have this imagery that really turns me off to diet drinks.  Show me an obese person who does not drink diet soda, and I will show you a person who is loosing weight.

While they might not be that bad for you, I dont think you will find anyone that says diet sodas are good for you.

Are you saying that they are fat because they drink diet soda?

 

There a few studies in Britain and Canada.  That there must be a correlation.  I have no link or anything to back it up.  Anyhow why drink brown water with artificial crap in it.
