Ok team, I set my goals. I'm in for:

10,000 yards swimming

100 miles biking

120 miles running (some may be done on elliptical due to injury)

8 strength/core sessions

I think this will be achievable while I continue to recover and hopefully will keep me in shape for the marathon. Good luck to everyone!

Very cute picture.  Somehow, I think my cats would be grumpy if I dressed them up like that.

Hi team!  It appears I'm a tad late to the post padding party. My goals for the month: 25,000 yards swimming, 15 hours of biking, 80 miles of jogging, and 10 core sessions.  The core part is going to be the tough part for me.

Oooh, I'm rarely in the "cool" crowd...so that's good to know .

PS-I'm going to need direction on proper post padding techniques as I think that this counts...but am not entirely sure.  Maybe someone can come up with a "10 easy steps" guide?

Step 1: You could have split this into two posts instead of putting them in one.

snicker.  snerk.  snort.  There's a little post padding.

I should be on the trainer, not on my butt with the laptop in my lap... working on other padding

That's exciting!  I want to do that in a few years.  I can definitely help you keep on track for training.

Heh, I see that Blake was here.

Sal (Sparco) will be joining your team.

If he falls behind on his training, tell him he can't have any cheesecake.
