Yes, use the same RHR of 52 for me.

First run this morning, HR at 10 minutes was 174.

For S/B/R, the intensity near the end of the warmup will probably be the same and I expect this puts me around upper Z2 on the cusp of Z3.  On an RPE, this would be about 5-6.

60 miles to the pool!?! That is dedication!

This is the chart she made.  I am going to fill it in as I get more data/people.  We need at least ten people.  I have a couple girls I swim with participating too.

I haven't forgotten either. I just had to log 2 18-hour days at work. Data forthcoming.

Missed the swim, roads were icy. The drive isn't always that far. The drilling rig I'm on right now is in the boonies.

Biked instead.
Start HR 54, 10 minute HR 134. I was still fatigued from yesterday's run.

HR is probably lower at the start of the bike rides because I'm sitting on the trainer.

Yes a smaller drilling rig. This the last night. The rig is moving up to the Bakken formation so the Oil Company is getting a different geology company. We're currently on whats called a tight hole so its supposed to be a secret for 6 months.

Swim this morning:  136 (we were swimming 50's on the 1:00)

Run this afternoon:  172 (it dipped to 165 right at 10 minutes, but we were stopped at a light, so I took the average of the readings around that time.

Very nice data! Thanks so much! Veronica predicted that swimming would raise a person's heart rate the most due to the whole body being engaged.  Its looking like that is not the case.  She doesn't get a bad mark for predicting wrong.
