1 ) Get my knee back in shape after my marathon this past weekend.
* Focus on strengthening my leg muscles and easing back into running
2 ) Focus my season on 2 "A" races - an Oly in September and a half-mary in November
* For Oly, need to desperately work on swimming, because I hate swimming
* For half-mary, need to set up a training plan once my knee is good
3 ) Lose weight - specifically, I want to weigh 135 pounds. Right now, I'm around 150 but I've kind of ballooned up this spring. I've been as low as 142. (And as high as 200+, as Sherm knows. )
* Clean eating is the key for me - I love bad food. And I love wine.
