Here in NE there are usually at least 2 per weekend. I usually race every weekend sometimes twice and often mid week training race.

Cross is amazingly fun and so different than tris.

I spent years racing a lot of cross and now I just hit the Sucker Brook and NE Velodrome Cross races. My motivation to drive all over the place every weekend dwindled after doing it for so many years. I do agree that NE has one of the best cross schedules in the country I just spend my time doing other things now. I may hit more of the training races at the NE Velodrome if time permits.
