Subject: RE: Team 4 Halloween Run ChallengeHey all...my name's Walt. Did my first Ironman this year, then thought I took enough time off before starting training for NYC Marathon, but the legs just never really cooperated, plus my motivation has been nil. Finally I determined I need some rest, so after a couple weeks off, I'm getting back with the running. NYC is still a remote possibility...very remote. I've done it a few times before, so it wouldn't be any special deal. If the legs don't hold up, I've decided I'll use the time to do other stuff - swim/eliptical/bike/etc. - so my goal will be in minutes. I know, I know, it's a "running" challenge but I need the motivation to do SOMETHING!
