Does anyone care to second that?  On another topic, is it too late to revise your goals?  I set my goals before realizing that I'm doing 2 sprint tri's this month.

run          55 miles

Nora,

how do you put other people's training logs in or next to your own?  ie. how do you track other's logs?

No problem, especially since I'm just starting with the goals.

As your duly nominated captain, I have started getting the goals together. I made my own excel spreadsheet, but didn't really know what I was doing, so have asked Mark to send me his . . . but for now, this is what I have. I plan to check the logs for totals unless you don't blog here . . . if this is you can you post or PM your totals each week? Also, check to make sure that I have your goals posted correctly.

Questions or problems, let me know :0)

Oops...small mistake on my running for week one - I ran 8 miles (27%), not 10. The other two were July 31st...

Nora,

how do you put other people's training logs in or next to your own?  ie. how do you track other's logs?

If you go into your training log and click the first icon under the quick links next to the calendar that puts you in your control panel.  Here, you can add goals, blurbs or friends who's logs you want to track.

I havn't been posting in my training log just giving weekly totals. Should I start posting in my training logs? Would that make it easier?

Newest update...I talked to Rennick (the one in charge of everything) and we are dropping Mildew33 since she hasn't posted any goals. We are going to get a new teammate also...not sure who it is yet!

I've asked him to send his goals ASAP. We'll give him until next week's official update.

It just makes it easier for us to spy on your and inspire you!  But, if you don't want to log here, no biggie to me.

MY POOL IS CLOSED!!!! I knew it was supposed to be closed Mon - Wed this week for annual maintenance, but I'ts been closed for a week due to "maintenance concerns." So, now I'm down 2 planned swims to make goal.  Can we count my pool as injured?

If it gets open again next week, there's still hope, or maybe I'll try and get some good laps in at the community pool, which seems to think that having the lap lanes in the MIDDLE of pool is a good idea. Maybe with kids plashing on either side, it's more like OW swims....

I can still run and bike...might decide to get ahead on those instead.  Happy training all!

norakraemer - 2005-08-10 12:53 PM Mark - I see your training log is kind of bare....have you been posting your workouts?

Sorry, I am behind, both in posting and training; out of town for a wedding this week so things have been pretty sparse training wise.  I'm out in the morning for a bike ride, and should get in a run tomorrow afternoon.

Mark
