After a brief hiatus, I'm back in if schedule and weather will continue to cooperate.

August to date:

Bike: 93.04 miles

Run: 11.1 miles

Swim: 3800 meters

If schedule (and motivation) holds together I'll meet the bike and swim - not a chance for the run.

Well, My pool is closed for a couple of days for maintainence. Now I have to make an hour drive up to my brothers facility to get a swim in. The things we do to make sure we hit our goals. Good luck everyone. Only a couple more days to make your goals. My core goal will be short but I should make 100+% on everything else. Stay healthy and train hard.

OK team, here is my latest update:

Run: 7.75hrs vs goal of 8 hours
Swim: 3.75hrs vs goal of 5 hours
Bike: 7.5hrs vs goal of 12 hours
Core Workouts: 7 vs goal of 10 sessions

I'll make my run & core goals, should be able to get my swim goal and its gonna be a stretch to make my bike goal. But I'll do the best I can!

Hope everyone has a great weekend! I have my first day off (after 2 weeks of working all day, everyday) on Sunday! I can't wait to sleep in!

I should be able to meet my run and bike goals this afternoon. Swimming...that's well...slow going.

I've been injured!!! Okay, it's not really that dramatic but it still hurts like there's no tomorrow. Sorry for the lack of posting on my training log, team. Been all over the place for work last week and wasn't able to get much accomplished. Not like it mattered much though. Woke up on Wednesday morning with the strangest pain running up and down my right leg.

I've been an athlete all my life and this one's new to me. The pain shoots from my ankle clean up into my hip. I've been icing it and doing light stretches (very light) to keep it limber in the hopes that it might help. So far, no go. Even sitting here at my desk my knee is aching.

Anyhow, my totals stand asa they were in my last post since I haven't gotten any kind of workout that I'd count in the last several days. Going to the doc in the morning to have them look at it. Sorry for dropping the ball, team.

Here are my final August numbers

Run: 8 hours (vs goal of 8 hours) - 100%
Swim: 4hrs 49 min (vs goal of 5 hrs) - 96.5%
Bike: 10hrs 17 min (vs goal of 12 hrs) - 85.7%
Core: 10 sessions (vs goal of 10) - 100%
