She's a piece of work. She wanted to know how big your trees are. We have a 10 foot tree that the kids decorated last night. I'll try to post a picture later. My husband and I put the lights on, the kids did all the rest.

I see us sitting on the couch with an adult beverage handing her the ornaments of her choice and taking orders from her. I'm okay with that!

I could bring her down the day after Thanksgiving. School is usually closed Monday and Tuesday. It could happen.

deehtz - 2010-12-01 11:01 AM Well, I posted my goals on the December Fruitcake challenge.  December is going to be a struggle for fitness, I think.  But having goals written down will help.

Mom is 52, Dad 53. They didn't have us till they were 30. Apparently they went against the norm back in the day and were married for 10yrs before they had kids? Haha

During this special time of year it is easy to forget about fitness while we all eat, drink, and be merry. You do have the fortitude though to say no to the extra dessert, to go out and run instead of going to the mall. Sure, doing nothing is easier, but would you want anything worth while to be easy. Trim the tree, hang the stockings, then get your workout in. You'll thank me for in in January.
