I'd like to join, either a Canadian team, or maybe the Great Lakes team, as I live close to Lake Huron, or maybe a newbie team, as I am just starting training...... Seriously, I don't know why they wouldn't count. I would be like saying only OW Swimming counted in the swim challenge and not pool swimming. As long as you're logging the miles, I think it counts. |

As long as you're logging the miles, I think it counts. Gotta allow the treadmill. If I'm taking care of the kids, it's my only option and that happens at least 1-2 times a week. I use this Treadmill Pace Conversion Chart to determine my "real" pace and distance. |

I suffered thru all the small print and terms and condition blah blah blah to read...."treadmill time/mileage now counts??"How about adding .5% for total time/mileage if you are running outside? |
