Yes, it is wonderful....but I haven't dived in quite a while....sometimes I'll go snorkling with some friends though. Weather is great here for year round training.

Ah well, I didn't swim at all! Then again, I have a complete aversion to water.

If its not too late can you pl. add me to the team ? I was planning on shooting for 100 miles / 10 hrs .

So is it better to stay conservative and then go over with the actuals or the other way around ? I'm hoping to do more than 10 hrs but couldn't say for sure

I am sorry to say that I lack the skill to create a table in html.

I had to settle for doing it as an attachment.

I set a goal I knew I was capable of, but that I also knew would be challenging to me. I should just barley exceed my goal. For the run challenge I met my goal to the minute on the last day of the month.

Hope that helps...

Hmmm ... now am confused ... Thought you had created a table above (post #356735) . But guess , more than the mechanics of posting info. its the cycling that helps

Thanks ... yeah , thats what i was thinking too . just that if the weather does look up then don't want any additional time/miles that i put in to get "wasted" ... but guess an hour or two ain't gonna make a huge diff. anyway , hunh .

My table was ugly.  Some people do real nifty ones and I just didn't pull it off.  You're right, it's a good thing I can cycle!

The Challenge is on....T in Liberty Lake and Betyoursilver kicked it off BIG in day one with T putting in 2.6 hrs. and Betyoursilver nearly an hour!

I am heading out now for my ride!

How about a team name? I'll start a fresh threat under our team name or slogan.  I'll toss out PAC10/WCC - RAIN OR SHINE, JUST RIDE for ridicule or acceptance.

Hello all! I put in 1/2 hour yesterday.
Question: I am *very new to this challenge thing, and confused about the process, ie: when should I check in to report my progress, is it each day or once a week? and where, on this thread or directly to the team leader?
thanks!

Way to go on getting time on the bike, MCarla!

If you use logs, post it there and I will check your logs to do the updates on Monday mornings. No worries if you don't post daily.  Just try to get time/miles by Monday.  I'll post "progress to goal reports" on Mondays.

If you don't use logs, PM me on Sunday night so i can get you updated on our team chart.

oopps - Technical Difficulties.

Maybe I should have stayed out west with y'all, but when they broke it down by conferences I had to go with my "raisin's"

Besides, JJ just looked too cool in his sweats from grandpa

Is it too late to get in for a humble ten hours? (40 minutes already in). I'm a MWC guy by blood however.
