Lots of folks in endurance can put a beating on younger types. 35-45 is downright brutally competitive for men in this sport.Yup, doing IMWI again for the fifth time. Hoping to avenge my first DNF from 2011 and push for a PR before I get too old (31 right now). Happy to give any hints, suggestions, and recommendations to any first-timers to full Ironman or Ironman Wisconsin racing. |

The next few age groups are going to be brutal. Just have to hold out for a few more decades so I can get to Kona when I'm 70+. |

I'd even go up to the 45 - 50 AG, and 50 - 55 doesn't look too shabby, either, with some of those times. |

I always park and start at the BP gas station across from Gray's Tied House for the 2 to 3 loop ride days. Next year I'll be there again getting their cookies after the ride - right, Craiggers?? |
