I don't think you understand what the term "metro" means. Craig is also more brutal in his treatment of the bad guys than Connery (which I suspect has a lot to do with what an acceptable level of onscreen violence in a post-Tarantino film world).My wife preferred the truly metro Bonds - Brosnan especially. She thinks Craig is not her idea of a good looking man. |

You are correct, I am not an expert on the meaning of metro, that was a direct quote from my 20something daughters and their friends who claim he is too metro to be a Bond. They however may be tainted by the fact that they spent too much of their youth watching Connery Bond movies repeatedly.
