Hey everyone! Hope everyone fell out of bed on the right side this morning! After a mere 4 hours of sleep, I was off to the pool to try swimming. It hit me VERY early this morning that all that work I did yesterday (bike, run) was very very stupid. I was dead in the water this morning. Still managed to sneak in me required laps, but only because I can't cheat with everyone watching me. Man was I slow. I need a short nap. LET"S KEEP UP A STRONG PACE FOR THE WEEKEND PEEPS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WHHHHHHHHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!

GO RED GO!!!!

Donto, can we get a posting on how we are doing before the weekend? Just so if anyone needs to do a "catch up" for the week?

ROCK ON!

Ok teammates!  Today is 28.6% of the month and as a team were at 20% for the individual %.  I have some good work planned for the weekend so I'm not nervous yet as I'm sure others have a bunch of training still planned.  But if were behind after this week I'm going to have to call GW!

Here's where I'm at (the percentages are the amount I've completed of the stated goal):

  • Swim: 310 Minutes (32%)
  • Bike: 620 Minutes (28%)
  • Run: 315 Minutes (33%)

I've got an 80 minute bike planned for Sat (I'm really hoping for good weather, so that I can take advantage and actually bike outside) and at least a half an hour of both swimming and running. So far I think I'm right on course.

Also, Hi, I'm Senja and I've been assigned to your team.

Darn it, I'm not going to take this lying down and "No!" we don't need jumper cables...now I defer to a memorable scene from Animal House to make my point crystal clear:

D-Day: War's over, man. Wormer dropped the big one.
Bluto: What? Over? Did you say "over"? Nothing is over until we decide it is! Was it over when the Germans bombed Pearl Harbor? Hell no!
Otter: Germans?
Boon: Forget it, he's rolling.
Bluto: And it ain't over now. 'Cause when the going gets tough . . . the tough get going. Who's with me? Let's Go! Come on! AAAAEEEEEGGGHHHH!! [Bluto runs out of the room alone; then returns] What the ffff happened to the Delta I used to know? Where's the spirit? Where's the guts, huh? "Ooh, we're afraid to go with you Bluto, we might get in trouble." Well just kiss my a$$ from now on! Not me! I'm not gonna take this. Wormer, he's a dead man! Marmalard, dead! Niedermeyer...
Otter: Dead! Bluto's right. Psychotic, but absolutely right. We gotta take these b@st@rdz. Now we could do it with conventional weapons. But that could take years and cost millions of lives. No, I think we have to go all out. I think that this situation absolutely requires a really futile and stupid gesture be done on somebody's part.
Bluto: We're just the guys to do it.
D-Day: Let's do it.
Bluto: LET'S DO IT!

Did you hear me, Red?  LET'S DOOOOOOOOOO ITTTTTTTTTTT!!!!
