First of all, I'm a girl so a skirt isn't quite the threat that you guys think. Almost but not quite...

So my goal was 24 for the time period of two months but some weeks will be better than others. It's just a fact of my real life. The sessions will get done.

FYI, we have a new teammate, Triornot.  He/she has done the work and is 100% so far for the 2 weeks.

I have a core WO tonight to get done...

I guess I get to wear the skirt this week, I have 0/1.5. Personal life sucked this week, I'll be back on it again next week.

Hey Mean Green teammates, here are the week 2 results.  We dropped off pace a bit, with 19.7% of the challenge past us we're at 18.8% for a team.  No biggie it's only 1-2 team workouts, but it gives those other teams something to hammer us on with if were not up near the top!  So let's get our bodies and minds in sync and start working that core together, we live and die as a team!  I have 3 workouts to do this week to stay on pace, weird, I actually look forward to doing Core WO's now days...

Average % of Goal

18.81%

Teams Overall Goal met %

0.00%

Teams Combined Percentage

Ah that sucks, hope your alright otherwise.  I have no problem putting you on hiatus until you feel like you can play along again, or do you just want to be dropped?

I think I should be okay.. I'm hoping it'll be better by next week. I'll be bugging my chiropractor often for that.

OMG Triornot!!!! Good to hear you got away with only minor injuries. This makes my excuse "a stupid head cold" seem so petty and minor. O.K.... O.K.... my crunching will reconvene tonight. Maybe I'll even try to sneak in a extra one this week for good measure.

This must be working. I can just about do those hip lifts now.

A big thanks to whoevers idea it was to insist on doing the complete workout rather than just crunch away.

Got one more in last night.... that's 7 total. 2 more to go this week.

Definitely feeling a difference in my abs. To bad about that pesky layer of fat on top.

So last week was a bust, partly because I had a second steroid injection to my back and partly because of the excuse that "life got busy," which is no excuse. But my back is feeling much better, and I've already completed three workout with at least one exercise from either the "Abs" list or the "Core" list. Yesterday was walking lunges which are listed under "Core" -- I hope that counts. I intend to do at least one more ab workout this week. So I'm definitely trying to make up for my quota. There seems to be something to this do less per workout but more frequently rule I've heard about.

Hey team,

Had a really crappy training week with no excuse, but I did get in 3 out of 3 for the week, so 9 total maybe?

Have a good weekend and work those abs!

Hi Green Team.  I was only able to get in 1 of my core workouts this week.  I hurt my back on Tuesday and had a pretty crazy work schedule.  I'm feeling better now, so my goal is to get in three next week so I'm back on track.  Sorry guys!
