Coach 10487 Boston, MA | Subject: RE: IMLP watching thread my friend Alex M&M got off the bike on 5th 12:30 min behind the leader and after the 1st 13.1 miles he moved into 3rd and now is only 5:30 min behind the leader running 30 seconds per mile faster than the leader. if he can hold that pace he might be cacthing the leader on the last few miles! but the real race begins now so who knows... |
