this werewolf team sure spends a lot of time on our thread instead of running!

but enough about them, zilla is right, we need a captain.  if no one wants to do it, i can give it a whirl, i've never done it before and it might be fun.  regimom, i totally wouldn't have said this if you hadn't put the idea in my head!  if this is a lot of work i will blame YOU!   j/k.

if i do this though, thenceforce everyone must address me as la capitana magnifica .  you can just post your runs on your logs and i'll go check 'em out on Sundays and report to Queen Bee Cat.

I just made one too!  My first ticker .  To put it in your goals, just copy all the code that's in the html box (the 2nd text box) and paste it into your goals.  that's it!
