 I can tabulate weekly statistics if the rest of you commit to doing the schmack talk.    I only have time to log in once or twice a day and don't exactly have time to keep up with all the banter.

I have the greatest of empathy for ya' As you can see I'm  a "Twinkie" too. Last month I was in my Bathing suit all month. So WE CAN NOT LOSE This Challenge!!! or I'll never have a normal (a what?) avatar!!

Ok team here are the logistics...

Apart from the fact that I think I posted the wrong spreadsheet for the team (I will fix that issue today) you need to post here every Monday your totals for the week so that your team leader can put the results on the spreadsheet and get it to me by Tuesday AM i will set up a thread for this purpose and post a challenge update by Wednesday morning which will probably just fuel the smack talk!

As far as the loosing penalty... at the moment there is two ideas floating... assatars (if the lower half)  or Feet... i will have a thought on the best way to decide what it should be!

Knocked out 4mi tonight on the trails. My goal is to do a lot of the miles this month on the trails, so I thought I'd share a pic of where I'm training (called Ho Chi Minh trail at Memorial Park in Houston, pretty much a tri geek's mecca):

Good morning PPE'ers. First, I have to say I'm sorry for not getting back with everyone for the great inspires. I will get it together today. I have been on a odessy to register for a race and having prob. with the site..well not just me but everyoneis having prob. with the site. It has me distracted cause this race has a limited entry and it is my "A" race next year.  That being said I am holding up my end...that's a pic first thing in the morning .... and got my run in earlier and have another short one later today after Cross-fit.
